This can be done using banners, scoreboards, cup holders, seat backs and PSAs throughout the game. The idea is to let fans know about the program and how to use it at their time of need.

Fans Text in Their Message

The fan will send their message to a five digit number called a short code. In the body of the message they text your unique "Keyword" followed by a space and then their message consisting of the issue and location.

Stadium Personnel Receive the Message in Seconds

The message is received within seconds to your own private secure administration panel. Our software platform is web-based. All you need is a computer with internet connection in your command post.

Respond Back to the Fan Using a Text Message or Voice

The system will automatically reply back with a message to let the fan know you received their text. You can also respond back to them with pre-programmed templates or custom messages.

Monitor the Situation with Cameras or Stadium Personnel

Your command post can now monitor the situation via CCTV, binoculars or by dispatching the appropriate personnel to the location. Our system empowers your fans to act as additional "eyes" in your venue.

Respond & Resolve the Situation

Once the situation is confirmed, staff can be deployed within moments after the text message is received from a fan. This ultimately catches potential problems from escalating further.

Sometimes it even made the situation worse, because it was obvious that you were the one that alerted stadium personnel, even thought you were well within your rights to do so.

Well no more. You can now instantly and discreetly alert stadium personnel to any of the above issues and more, by simply sending a brief text message. Within seconds, your message is received and stadium personnel can monitor and quickly respond to the problem. They can even call you or text you back if they need further information from you.
