Q. What is the best way to inform fans on how to use the system?
A. Some effective ways include scoreboard instructions, in-stadium banners and other printed instructions, flyer handouts on game day, emails to season ticketholder database, public service videos in stadium and on television. Q. How quickly will I receive the messages from fans and how quickly can we respond to them?
A.Your text from fans will be received within seconds. They will get an automatic reply message acknowledging receipt of their message, but you can also send a custom response within seconds. You also capture the senders phone number and can call them upon receipt of the message if warranted.
Q. Can I choose which fans to respond to or market to?
A. Yes, you can do any of the following: 1) send messages to everyone in your database 2) create custom groups to send messages to or 3) even choose just one cell phone number to send a message to.
Q. Can I schedule messages in advance?
A. Yes, you can schedule them in advance (i.e. next Friday at 9 a.m.).
Q. Am I limited either in the number of broadcasts or to the amount of people I send text messages to each month?
A. There is no quota or minimum on either the number of broadcasts each month or the number of people you send text messages to each month. Along with your monthly access charge you pay only for the amount of messages you send.
For marketing broadcasts, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you limit your offers to make them both special and unobtrusive. Remember, recipients can choose to opt-out of your database at any time, so broadcasting too frequently may cause them to do so. Broadcasting aggressive offers on a limited basis will not only produce the best results but will greatly insure that your opt-ins will greatly exceed your opt-outs on a daily basis.
Q. Are there any other costs or fees other than the monthly participation fee?
A. There is no cost for setup, service or support as a registered user of In Stadium Solutions. If you exceed the number of text messages included in your participation fee, you simply pay our low rate for each additional text message sent.
